All public programs are held in spaces accessible to visitors with limited mobility.
Please note the house’s second floor is only accessible by stairs. An upstairs house video is available online and on site.
Transport chairs and folding chair/walking sticks are available for guest use. A ramp with handrails is available at the house to access the first floor.
Wheelchair-accessible restrooms, each situated next to a water fountain or cooler, are located in the Visitor Center and Pavilion.
A personal amplifier is available to borrow for use on tours, programs, or Pavilion events.
For visitors with low or no vision, high-description guided tours of the house and galleries are available with advance notice. We can supplement these tours with our touch collection.
The museum welcomes certified service animals on leashes.
